Return Policy

    Any merchandise returned for credit must be approved in advance.  A restocking charge of 25 percent plus any cost of re-work may apply.

    PROTECTIONTECH will accept returns for credit only of  unused product in original packages and in condition that could be sold as new, providing the item was purchased from us no more than 30 days prior to the date of return.

    Return of material purchased more than 30 days prior will not be authorized.  Merchandise shipped COD which is returned as "refused" by the customer will be subject to a 10 percent restocking charge.  Special orders are not refundable.
