The VideoKey Photo Identification (ID) Badging System 

    An affordable way to create a low cost, full color, tamper-resistant, photo identification in minutes. Consisting of a color camera, on-demand full color PVC card printer, video capture system, proprietary card image software and user supplied PC, VideoKey creates a high quality photo image identification with considerably more ease than conventional heat laminated badging systems.

Single Step Operation

    VideoKey prints a full color badge including any combination of photographic images, graphics, bar codes, text, and user defined fields directly onto PVC cards in a single pass through the printer. An optional signature panel and magnetic stripe encoding module can also be incorporated. This eliminates the time consuming task of photo film cutting, pasting and lamination associated with heat laminated cards. The print process can also print a clear overlay to extend the life of the printed image.

Software

    VideoKey is a Windows 95 based proprietary software package providing the flexibility to use a wide variety of database formats and imaging software programs. Operation of the software is simple and requires minimal user training with mouse driven implementation. Contextual on-screen help guides the operator through the software. Unlimited user defined card formats and data fields with the ability to work with any ODBC compliant database makes the VideoKey capable of using your database to create a wide variety of card formats.

Stand Alone or System Integrated

    VideoKey makes an ideal, cost effective stand alone photo identification badge system. VideoKey is also capable of being integrated with Intelligent Controls' AXxess 200 Personnel and Building Management System allowing for data entry of new badge holders and access control functions.
